100% Pinot Noir, made from unfiltered 3 or 4-year old wines.

T A S T I N G - N O T E S.
Brilliant, deep red colour. The nose is typical of the Pinot Noir grapes from the Terroir of Cumières, with hints of morello cherries. In the mouth, the mixed red fruit and the silky, delicate tannins form a delicious balance.

A C C O M P A N I M E N T.
The structure of this Cumières Rouge makes it perfect for drinking with white meats (roast veal, guinea-fowl, etc.).
Served at a temperature of 12°C, it will provide astonishing richness with certain fish, such as sole accompanied by a meat-stock sauce.
