 Dear customer,
 Firstly, we are very glad to meet up with you and to share the latest news about our House with you.
 According to the results of the survey of satisfaction (1), you have prefered obtaining some informations about what makes our specificities and why our Champagne wines are unique. Now, these informations have been well-placed in the newsletter.
 And through your suggestions, we have kept a special place for a point that we have put to one side up to now : the visual show of our Champagne wines and our identify.
 The form of this newsletter is the first example, as same as the new house-style book with its new font and its new colour code.
 The second example is the preview of the new label’s model of our Champagne Rosé.This label will cover the new bottle of your favourite Champagne Rosé from next July.
 As we look for the perfection and the natural character of our Region in your Champagne wines, bareness and clearness are the main words of our thought about this visual identity.
 So, the 2004 newsletter of the wine-grower is the first outline of this identity and through this newsletter, we will keep you informed of its development regularly.
 We thank you for helping us, through your yesterday’s and today’s advices, to cover treasures of wealth, tradition and respect, with a touch of enthusiasm.
