Jacques Barthelemy’s House is implanted in Sos, a village of the Lot-et-Garonne departement, in the heart of the south-west gastronomy.

He prepares a wide range of fullness dishes of that region.

Whole foie gras and bloc of foie gras, conserve, cassoulet, pâtés and gizzards hold no more secrets for him.

As a passionate craftsman, he force-feeds himself his ducks to propose you his best products in all its forms.
